ingredients: cinnamon pieces, ginger, stinging nettle leaves, cloves, sweet blackberry leaves, cardamom seeds, white pepper
Whether you practice yoga daily or just want the peace that comes with it, this tea makes the perfect daily companion for relaxation and peace of mind. Ayurvedic principles are put into practice with this blend of stimulating ingredients, including white pepper, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and hawthorne. The spices provide enough zing to wake you up without caffeine, but this loose leaf tea is also great for unwinding before bed, too. Research supports the use of hawthorne as a treatment for mild cases of heart disease, so this is an ideal tea for anyone who has to quit caffeinated beverages on the advice of their doctor.

I like how cinnamon heavy this one is
This is a little like a chai tea and the white pepper gives it a nice bite. I brew up a batch in my large commuter cup and sip on it all afternoon.
Organic Yoga Tea is my favorite Herbal Tea! Whether I'm craving a hot drink in the late winter evening or making a cup while I'm feeling ill, I'll always reach for this excellent tea. I prefer it strong, adding a generous amount to my infuser and letting it steep for a long time before drinking. I only wish it lasted a bit longer....
Tied for my overall favorite with Lemon Drop.
This changed a while back also, the new is not as good as the old but my wife has gotten used to it. I understand changing is sometimes good but when I order a product I expect to get what i ordered the last time. Please don't change product and not the name.
