Island Mango Margarita

with Island Mango tea



- 2 tbsp. Island Mango tea

- 6 oz. boiling water
- 1 cup ice cubes


- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec Liqueur 

- 2 oz. Island Mango Concentrate 

- (Optional) Salt or sugar to rim the glass

Make Island Mango Concentrate by adding 2 tbsp Island Mango tea to 6 oz. boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Remove the tea and add 6 oz. ice.


Combine 2 oz. tequila, 1 oz. Cointreau (or Triple Sec) and 2 oz. of the Island Mango Concentrate and stir. (Optional) rim a margarita glass with salt or sugar. Fill your glass with ice and pour the cocktail mix over top.
