Apple Spiced Tea
with Chai Masala-1/2 cup apple cider or juice
-1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root*
-1 teaspoon chai masala
-1/2 water at 195°F
In a small bowl combine the first three ingredients. Add water. Cover and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Strain and discard ginger root if used. Stir in sugar.
