ingredients: cinnamon pieces, ginger, stinging nettle leaves, cloves, sweet blackberry leaves, cardamom seeds, white pepper
Whether you practice yoga daily or just want the peace that comes with it, this tea makes the perfect daily companion for relaxation and peace of mind. Ayurvedic principles are put into practice with this blend of stimulating ingredients, including white pepper, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and hawthorne. The spices provide enough zing to wake you up without caffeine, but this loose leaf tea is also great for unwinding before bed, too. Research supports the use of hawthorne as a treatment for mild cases of heart disease, so this is an ideal tea for anyone who has to quit caffeinated beverages on the advice of their doctor.
Brewing Instructions (per each 6 oz. of water):
- Cinnamon is used in traditional Chinese medicine to fight the common cold
- May help to relieve respiratory problems
- Studies have shown cardamom to improve circulation to the lungs
- Cardamom may stimulate one's appetite

It takes me back to my childhood when my mom would treat us to a stick of Big Red gum. Now, as an adult, I treat myself to this wonderful tea after my yoga workout.
Tastes like it smells, this is definitely a favorite.
The flavor and mouth feel of this tea is fantastic. Very refreshing, and warms the throat as you swallow. I made this as a hot tea, but I think it would also make a lovely iced tea.
Can't live without it. Soothing, rich flavor without caffeine.
The tea is soothing but has a strong essence. I'm not a big fan of cloves and this tea has a lot of cloves in it which I found a bit overpowering.
Excellent tea on a chilly evening. It has a perfect blend of flavors that mesh beautifully.
My husband's favorite. Have had to order it twice in larger quantities!
After smelling this tea, Although it smells delicious, I expected it would brew a very strong and spicy cup of tea. However, the tea produced was unexpectedly light and refreshing, very aromatic, and delicious! Dare I say it was almost as relaxing as a yoga session? yes!
For whatever reason I cannot explain, I actually like this tea the best when it is warm (not piping hot and not chilled). It is one of my favorite afternoon teas. While I know this brew is different from the Relaxing blend, I am not confident I could determine which is which in a blind taste test. However, I just order both and I am a happy camper.
There is magic in this tea. Serious magic.
