Iced Latte With A
Boost Of Matcha
2 medium peaches, peeled and diced
¼ cup water, room temperature
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp Samurai Matcha
1 cup water, boiling
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1. In a blender, add the peaches. ¼ cup water, vanilla extract, lemon juice and honey. Blend until smooth. Run the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to ensure no lumps remain.
2. In a separate bowl, add the Matcha powder. Slowly add the boiling water while whisking. Whisk until Matcha is fully dissolved in the water. Let cool to room temperature.
3. When ready to assemble, evenly divide the peach puree between desired glasses and fill with ice.
4. Top with the Matcha mixture followed by the coconut milk. Enjoy!
