Good in large sizes
To give a background, I am a proud black tea drinker. With that said, I felt this tea was an alright tea. Not for those who want that bold flavor. As indicate, its a great tea for before bed. My opinion is a tablespoon of this for each 6oz cup will do.

My go-to for sore throat, or whenever!
I keep this tea on hand not only because it tastes great (I love lemon-y things), but when combined with some honey it soothes a sore throat. In my opinion, this tisane is more effective than cough drops and it makes being sick more bearable.

Great tea
This is a great sipping tea. This is our go to tea whenever my wife has an upset stomach.
