As a tea connoisseur, I have tried several gyokuro teas, and find this one by Capital Teas to be the best I have had. The smell reminds me of freshly cut grass and the clean taste invigorates my spirit. Caution: keep your eye on the time, and ensure the water is not too hot, or else the Zen of this tea will be washed away.
