Nice balance of bergamot honey-lemon flavor and cornflower fragrance. Steeps well at ~ 200F for 3-4 mins. Will probably be back for more.

I was first introduced to your fine teas this summer when I was visiting my Mom. She received the "classic sampler" as a gift, and the earl grey was the first one she opened. I am absolutely in love with the earl grey! Hot or iced, it is truly delicious! I can't wait to try the cream earl grey black next! It would be fantastic if earl grey was sold in sachets too, not just loose leaf. The brewing chart is helpful & now resides prominently on my fridge. It would be great if recommendations for water to tea ratios were included on the chart too. I know it's individual preferences, but I put waaaaay too much tea in when I brewed a whole kettle.
