Definitely black tea, with a twist
I bought this as part of a wedding gift; one member of the couple likes balck tea while the other likes green, so combining the two seemed like a fitting gift. The bride gave me a sample of her stash. I got the black tea's flavor immediately, strong but not overpowering. As the tasting continued, though, the other flavors came through and changed the overall profile. I enjoyed the scent, and I suspect this is a great fall and winter tea.

Good artisanal blend--but I like others better
This is a good blend as is a lot of their other artisanal blends. Personally I like Annapolis Treasures much better than this one. If you are on the fence buy 2 oz. to give it a try and then buy more later if you love it!
