Green Tea Spritzer
with GYOKURO IMPERIAL GREEN TEA
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz of water heated to 178°F
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- I 1004 19010
- Splash of Ginger ale (or Olinger beer)
- Squirt of Lime juice
- Slice of Lime
instructions
Brew the green tea for two minutes in the hot water; remove the tea leaves and add ice cubes.
Add the shot of vodka, a splash of ginger ale, and one squirt of lime juice; stir.
Serve in a cocktail glass garnished with a slice of lime.
