I'd learned about Capital Teas at the 2013 NYC Coffee & Tea Festival. The tea purchased had wonderful flavor! Better than I expected. In wanting to get more I decided to purchase on line and it was one of the best experiences I've had with online shopping! I was really WOW’ed! There was a hand written note to share how much the business was appreciated ...plus a coupon for future purchases with a business card of the other locations!!!! This makes the WHOLE tea drinking experience that much more relaxing! I was really impressed. Also included was a sample tea that I haven't had a chance to try yet but definitely looks inviting. Capital Teas does an excellent job with making customers feel special. My order came with a sample tea as part of the promotion that week, but also tucked inside was a second sample. The package arrived with a personalized handwritten card – who does that anymore! The tea is amazing, but I knew that already having purchased from the store on a visit to the Annapolis location.
