ingredients: organic Egyptian chamomile, Organic peppermint, organic spearmint, organic rooibos, organic rosehips, organic ginger, organic rose petals, organic marigold flowers, organic sunflower

This loose leaf herbal tea includes mint as well as chamomile, to further calm your nerves and settle any indigestion that could keep you from falling asleep. Ginger, hibiscus, dried pieces of apple, and almond flavoring add a dessert-like flavor that blends well with the natural sweetness of the rooibos. You'll find yourself reaching for a second cup as soon as you finish the first, with or without your favorite sweetener.
Brewing Instructions (per each 6 oz. of water):

It is unfortunate the Sachet Chamomile tea that I ordered was not available. Other that that I am please with Capital Teas service.

Very calming!
I have tried many teas that are supposed to be relaxing. This one truly is! I drink it at night, and before you know it, I fall asleep watching TV on the couch and wake up many hours later with all the lights still on! So now I know to be ready for bed when I drink it. It tastes really good, too!

If you enjoy chamomile than you'll love this tea! It perfect after a long day and has more flavor than only chamomile.

Not the greatest
This tea is OK, but it's a little weak and sweet for me. I prefer the Yoga tea blend. The combination just reminds me of flavored water that you buy in the store. I was disappointed, but it's good enough that I am finishing out the bag.

Wonderful tea!!!
This tea exceeded my expectations! It is wonderful!! Very calming for an evening tea before bedtime. Wonderful taste. It has a hint of mint, which is not my favorite in tea, but this is just perfect. All together, one of my new favorite teas. I highly recommend this tea!

Absolutely worth every penny. Even after the tea is finished, it leaves your mouth wanting more. Thank you for a fantastic evening drink that leaves a superb taste even after it is done. Wonderful indeed.

Lovely Chamomile tea
A very smooth and soothing chamomile tea. Surprisingly full bodied and not watery and weak like many typical chamomile teas can be. This will become another staple tea for me to enjoy evenings before bed. I loved it.

Messy Clean Up But Worth It!
I like this tea and you will see from other reviews I am particular about my tea. My only complaint is it is hard for me to get this one cleaned out of my beehive tea pot post brewing!
