This tea needs NO sugar! mmmm!
I recently gave up all forms of sugar and sweetening, and unfortunately have found that not all of my former tea “stash” was drinkable that way. I took a chance on this one, and WOW was I glad I did! Since I drink it without sugar, I make it a bit weaker than recommended - I brew 16oz boiling water for 5 minute with 2 level tsp of this tisane, and it is perfect for me. I’m going to watch the sales and get a very large bag. :)
